The Lab is an 8(m) Woman-Owned Small Business that was founded in 1991 under the name Coghill Communications by CEO and President Holly Coghill who is well-known and respected throughout the government contracts sector wherein she has established an effective network of contacts. Since that time,we have grown into a firm that provides one-stop shopping for strategic planning, proposal development and preparation, marketing communications, website design and development, technical report writing and editing, and full-service document publication. |
