DMDI (Digital Manufacturing and Design Initiative)
Strategic Planning, Capture Management, Grant Writing for the Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal for the Digital Manufacturing and Design Initiative ,UI Labs, University of Chicago, General Electric, McKinsey, City of Chicago and 50 other universities, Fortune 500, and non-profit organizations).

Selected to lead UI Labs, a University of Illinois research, development, and deployment laboratory, for the US Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation procurement. Coalesced the strategies, innovations, and thoughts of 15 major universities, 20 industrial partners, and 15 non-profit organizations to create a vision for reshaping the digital manufacturing marketplace in our country.

Worked closely with novice proposal team in creation of the Work Breakdown Structure, Resource Allocation Matrix, and other project management elements. UI Labs won this project.

JCESR
Selected to lead Argonne’s proposal of the year for the Batteries and Energy Storage Hub for the DOE Office of Basic Energy Sciences. Managed the activities of 5 national laboratories Argonne, Lawrence Berkeley, Pacific Northwest, Sandia, and Stanford Linear Accelerator Center), 5 industrial partners (Johnson Controls, Dow Chemical, AMAT, A123, and CET) and 5 universities (Universities of Chicago, Northwestern, Illinois (Urbana and Chicago), Michigan) to coalesce a vision for creating the next generation of batteries and energy storage. Managed orals presentation, assisting in overarching storylining, platform skills training, and message development.

KURION
The Document Lab was hired by Kurion to prepare high-end marketing materials focused on the Fukushima cleanup efforts in Japan. These materials included developing an overall concept of operations for cleanup of the waste, tearsheets for each of the technologies being offered, and advertising for trade media publications. The Document Lab prepared these materials in both English and Japanese. Kurion has since hired us to perform all of their high-end marketing communications materials.
